It is important that the wine drinkers do some workout in between drinking times.
In wintertime and with age those ’empty’ wine calories seem to show immediately on our figures unless we do so.
Here are some simple ideas of how to practice directly in the cellar, without the need to go to the gym or jog around. The coolest thing about it is that you can actually exercise without necessarily having to stop drinking!
